# INVIEWRA operator workflow

## Before accepting a job

1. Confirm the requester owns, manages or has authorization for the property.
2. Confirm address, area, floors, parking, access and desired publication date.
3. Determine whether the model will be public or private.
4. Ask whether mirrors, glass, stairs, narrow spaces, occupied rooms, pets or construction hazards are present.
5. Confirm which rooms must not be scanned.
6. Confirm travel fee, tax treatment, deposit and cancellation policy.

## Preparation message to the customer

Ask the customer to:

- remove private documents, medicine, keys, alarm codes and valuables;
- clear counters and floors;
- make beds and close toilet lids;
- turn on working interior lights;
- secure pets and ensure people can move out of the camera view;
- decide which doors should be open;
- disclose any unsafe or restricted areas;
- obtain required consent from occupants.

## On site

1. Walk the full property before scanning.
2. Identify mirrors, windows, stairs and transition points.
3. Create the model with a consistent naming convention.
4. Begin near the principal entrance unless conditions require another route.
5. Keep scan positions close enough for alignment, especially through doors and around corners.
6. Avoid moving furniture or changing doors between connected scans.
7. Review the model map throughout the job.
8. Complete every approved room and transition.
9. Perform a final walkthrough before leaving.

## Before delivery

1. Confirm every room is navigable.
2. Review for visible faces, documents, plates, screens, codes and private information.
3. Apply mirror, window and trim markings.
4. Set the start view and model title.
5. Add approved tags and descriptions.
6. Verify public/private access.
7. Test on desktop and mobile.
8. Deliver the model link and ordered files.
9. Update the dashboard status.
10. Ask for approval and a review after successful delivery.

## File naming

Recommended pattern:

`YEAR-MONTH-DAY_CLIENT_CITY_PROPERTY_REFERENCE`
